I would stay here again

Location is great and quiet, except for roosters on the school side who wake everyone up at 4 am. Standard rooms are claustrophobic, always choose superior for not much more. Never buy breakfast in advance since the ticket you get is only worth less than half of what you pay

It's an amazing hotel right in the heart of Patong. I would definitely book again.

The location was great. Staff are very friendly, price is reasonable.

In some days, the bed sheets and pillow covers were not replaced.

Value for money.

Location is great, on a quiet soi but near nightlife and beach. Rooms are pretth large, showers are good and wifi works fine. Room also has good daylight.

Very noisy at night because people slam doors, hard to have proper sleep. Rooms need a few basic repairs doing.

I make reservion from booking to my hotel for four naight big room with breakfast 55 meter and when i came to the hotel they geve me small room on four floors without lift very noising all the night im not sleeping , i pay 400 dollar and on the morning I make checkout, they say sorry about the mistake and they don't want to give me the money back , never I will not come back to my hotel Phuket.

They give me not the room that I make reservion from booking and the hotel put me on four floors without lift all the naight i don't sleep becos Very noising , I pay 400 dollars for four naight and I left the hotel after one night and they said that they're sorry they dont charge me about the room but they charge my mastercard .

Perfect for single or couple who want sleep in nighttime.

Even in the central of Patong it's a very quiet place. Staff is friendly. Convinient for go out or stay in room.

The lady bar downstairs sometime make party until morning. But ok...That's Patong

Great hotel, great location

The staff is very helpful, nice and approachable. The on site restaurant is wonderful and very cheap, great service. The location is also extremely ideal. A great hotel overall!

The AC in the rooms is a bit weak, takes a while to chill a very hot room. The house keeping is very limiting to those who live the nightlife. As a young man that came to enjoy Phukets nightlife I didnt wake up before 15:00 everyday and with that, my room didnt get a proper clean up in a few days.

Staff friendly and 1st rate . Location good, close to nite life but hotel quiet .Hope to stay again

Great shower large and with recess to stop water so rest of bathroom stay dry . Bed was large and comfy .Housekeeping in room and hallways 1st rate.

Cheap & Cheerful

If you are looking for glamour & red carpet this is definitely not the place. HOWEVER, the rooms are so spacious, need a little updating but its definitely what you pay for here. My internet didn’t work from my bedroom (corner) but was perfect everywhere else. There is a cafe in the open air lobby which has good coffee & cheap breakfasts, and the massage place is definitely the cheapest i saw. The male Manager is so helpful, polite & humorous, it was nice to be greeted by him everyday. We also arranged a tour through him at half the cost of everywhere else. Location is perfect to Jungceylon, Patong Beach & Bangla Road within an easy walking distance.

The fridge was never cold enough, and rooms do smell like they have been locked up for a longtime when you return from a day out, it takes a bit for aircon to kick in to help the air. We also had to ask for bug spray for the rooms. I figured out that once you take your room key out of the power socket it disconnects all power (i had a spare but it was removed from my room on day 2). I had stored milk & chocolate in the fridge which i had to throw out the next day. My room was directly above a bar which did get loud some nights. No swimming pool with this property anymore.

everything one would want in a Patong hotel, except no direct access to beach.

clean sheets. central location.

no direct access to beach. impeded by new building which built on and blocked existing lane. management should try to work out an arrangement with this building owner to allow guests to pass through the premises to the beach. in other countries it is called right of way.

The location is really good.

The location is really good. Near the center of patong like Bangla Road, Jungceylon, & Banzaan Fresh Market

Well, in this price range i think it’s just acceptable with the facility. The cleanliness maybe is the main minus point. It has many ant in the room. Beware if you place any sweet food.

Basic but does the job.

Basic but does the job. Good airco and internet. Large room, good bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel next door allowed us to use the pool if we ordered food/drinks. Good quiet location, many shops and restaurants around.
